API Error on Auctiva

We have been using Auctiva for the past 2 weeks, no issues, everything has been great. Now any listing we try to post has the following result that states: "API Error

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post."

Contacted eBay, they state there is not problem with their system or our account, and asked us to contact Auctiva for resolution to this error we're experiencing.

Any thoughts and/or input is greatly appreciated. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

This API error sounds like an account hiccup if it is happening on any listing. Sometimes if an error is not recognised properly the default message comes up which is all very well if it is relevant (any software that does not trap all potential errors suffer this confusing fate although really it is the user that ultimately suffers).

You probably need to file a support request but in the meantime is your token still valid ?

thanks for the reply. Token was renewed just a few days ago. We'll try that again. Filed a support request earlier today. Crossing our fingers Auctiva has a solution and/or quick fix for this.

completely spaced out, we changed our eBay password. That is when all these API errors came up. We generated a new token, but no luck saving us from this API error.
