I am trying to post a listing for a nordic track but I keep getting this API Error:
quote:
eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post."
I've tried almost everything, I've run the error check, there were asterix in the title, I removed those, and I've repeatedly searched the description. Does anyone have any suggestions, I'm at a loss Confused

It's probably an eBay restriction on the brand name, either limits or something like no International Shipping without PayPal offered.

You can try a Support Case, but Auctiva may not be able to give you a specific diagnosis of the cause.

I'd recommend you try directly listing to eBay. That has been the best course to get a more accurate description of the policy problem.

Hi bumclot,

The error message you are seeing in your account is indicative that eBay rejected your posting attempt(s) and returned an error message that we don't have stored in our system. If you contact our customer support team, they will be able to look up the exact error message that eBay returned in response to your posting attempts, and that should give you all the information you need to get these items posted.

Any additional questions or concerns? Please feel free to contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Hi, incase you haven't gotten a reply yet to this query, usually if you go to your alerts page or scheduled listings tab and click on the API error link next to your listing it will tell you the problem. Usually I've found when it does that to me, that I forgot to choose something in a drop down box on my listing to upload. Hope that helps.
