Hi Phil,

I don't work for Auctiva, so don't have any official answer. I simply looked at what the "heavy" selection was suppose to do by eBay's definition, and what the "Freight" selection does on the Auctiva one-page. Both appear to defer how you provide info to the buyer to the Description section for explanation. This quote in that link made me think "Freight" made sense for selection.

"In all categories, items which are extremely heavy or bulky and require a specific courier for delivery can be exempted. Sellers should select the option “Courier : Heavy and bulky items” instead of “Flat: same cost to all buyers” in the drop-down menu below the Domestic postage label. We’ll be monitoring this to ensure proper usage of the option."

You might want to use the LIVE CHAT or fire off a Support Case to confirm my suggestion. If they confirm, post back that info to help other members.

Hi Danno.
I've been looking at similar items on ebay & see that other sellers have indeed selected the freight option and then provided shipping costs in the item description. This only seems to be a problem to Auctiva users. As they are not officially connencted it may be a short while for Auctiva to provide this template. I'm weary now, trying to list an item for 2 days. I'll let you know how I get on. Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions.
Regards, Phil
