API Error - "tagname" is too long?

I am getting an API Error:
string value for "tagname" is too long maximum length is "30"
quotation marks are exactly as in the error message..so what is the "tagname"?
My title still has 15 characters left, so I am guessing that's not it...
...is there a prince charming out there for this cinderella?

File a support request... Auctiva will give you the proper information and they will do it quickly... most likely your best prince charming.

In case anyone else ever gets this problem here was the answer:
Under 'Item Specifics' in the 'Item Details' part of your listings there are add'l categories that eBay recommends, and you may fill out..if you DO fill out--then count every character in that heading and your add'l input..and THAT total cannot be more than 30 characers long...
Hope this helps someone else out in the future!
