Listing title "DUNHILL Sunglasses DU 50402 NEW AUTHENTIC"

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.

I have been getting this stupid error all day. Can anyone tell me why "Dunhill" would prompt an error? Is it easier to go to ebay and ask instead of waiting for a responce from tec support here? Thanks

It may not be the title, although ebay is vigilant about "designer" or brand-name items.

Are you doing anything in the description that might catch their attention or are you trying to do Buy-It-Now without the feedback quals?

Things like use of alternative pay methods, e.g. Western Union or Google, can also trip the policy problem.

Whenever I get this type of error
I go directly to ebay and list one - there you will get more detailed information regarding the exact problem - I list I was did.

For example I list alot of Ralph Lauren items. eBay limits me to 50 items in a 7 day period. I never new that by the message that I get on Auctiva but it was very clear on ebay.
BTPS...

Had exactly the same thing happen with number listed in a seven day period (new seller) restriction last fall on Software. I could only list/revise about 10 items. If everything suddenly fails after you hit a number, that's probably a good candidate for reason.

I asked tech support, but also tried a direct listing. If you try to REVISE a listing on ebay in the group already listed and have a similar error, you have your answer too.
