api error when listing

im getting this error on anything i try to list. i dont have anything in the listing like its refering to. any ideas whats wrong??

Since sellers are responsible for making sure their items are delivered safely to buyers, a listing can't include information like:

“I am not responsible for the item once it’s dropped in the mail.”

“I am not responsible for lost or damaged items.”

Hi!
The API error message you describe sounds like it may have something to do with the Seller Details profile you are using for the listing. Since those messages are returned by eBay, it's hard to know what exactly they are referring to.

If you have checked the Seller Details profile, and do not have any sentences or statements in it that would trigger the error message from eBay, please feel free to file a support ticket with Customer Support or contact eBay directly to see what the issue was.
