API listing error in international shipping?

I have just noticed my new listings are not posting to ebay.co.uk because of an API error listing in the international postage.

The error is showing as

API Error

The Postage Service you provided (id "14", name "Other (see description)") inside <InternationalShippingServiceOptions> container is not international.

As far as I can see I am doing everything correctly. Any help would be welcome please
