Hi I'm new to Auctiva but I am navigating it okay, except for this warning notice I keep getting about Ebay needing a return policy--I specify one in every listing, in fact I check each listing to be sure that it's there, and it keeps reverting back to the 3-day Exchange default for each listing, and I have to change it manually for each listing. So I have two questions. (1)Why am I getting this notice when I specify a return policy in the listing; and (2) why, when I create a "similar listing" does the default for NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING keep coming up, when I have repeatedly changed it to my own specifications? thanks for your help.

The warning notice is just a generic thing that everybody is getting across the board. Ignore it. Hopefully by the time eBay implements the return-policy policy in full, Auctiva will have its act together and be able to tell when you actually have one.

As for the international shipping, have you specified it in your master profile? I used to have the same problem and managed to fix it in the master settings - though if you're creating a similar listing it should carry over.

I think the reverting to the 3-day exchange default is simply the way the entry box shows up in Auctiva but I could be wrong. Try posting a listing without making the change and then check it in eBay (use "revise listing"). It should reflect your actual policy.
I was having this same issue, so I opened a support ticket and this was the reply I got back from them:

Hello,

We are aware of the issue with the return policy settings not staying after you change them. This will be addressed with our update on the 15th of this month. Currently the only work around is to go into the listing and change the policy to how you want it and then post it directly through the lister page without saving it first. The warning is going to be sent to you on every listing no matter how you have your return policy as that is what eBay is doing to get the message out about the change. Thank you,

I don't have a master profile, I am just using the "create a similar listing" option.
