API warning, ref listing of 1 gr gold bar

I have a message ref an API warning (what is an API warning?)
It is ref Item No 320085362312 listed in the Auctiva shop under Gold> Bars/Ingots.
Statement says
"Invalid store category ID, 9528629, since it is non-leaf. So item has been listed to the "Other" store category.

I don't understand this. No it is not gold leaf, it is a gold ingot and that is how it was listed.
I'm confused, please advise
