API Warnings? "Condition is not applicable"

IF this is in item specifics area that could be why. I have asked auctiva through support to totally take it off of the Item specifics area. Ebay says they no longer use them so no reason to keep in that area. Auctiva support says they can't remove it.

Yes, I could go into 700 listings and do it manually but that is time-waster.

Auctiva any chance of removing that???? Seems like one less thing to deal with.

No response has become the NORM!! If you are not a "NEWBIE" lately you rarely get answered, or at least that is what I have observed. If you are a NEWBIE you sometimes get answered a few days later! *(I would hate to be a newbie now)

Yes, someone will say the forums should be answered by other forum members, but that is not how it is for commerce nor now it has been in the past.

It seems ebay is the forgotten step-child the last few months.

I am finding support pretty much a cat and mouse game lately too. Ashamed what use to be a great place is slowly becoming a place of stress most of the time.
