All you need is to have a good eBay account. Are you getting an error or something?

Our support staff will be able to identify exactly why the listing is being rejected by eBay, as well as what needs to be done to correct the problem.

Yes i am getting an error what is a good ebay account?
I just meant a valid ebay account. What is the error message? You should file a support ticket like Mike D. suggested above.
It is an API Error it is sayiny that i dont qualify for a fixed price listing
Maybe you have it as a Store Listing and you don't have an Ebay Store?
With the few items i have listed it is coming up with an Auctiva store but it won't let me sell items from Auctiva
