Are Image Edit problems due to server situation??

I have not been able to edit(crop) my images. The preview doesn't show up and if I try to save the image without previewing it , it 'error times out'.

Is this some collateral problem due to the server issue?
Any idea of time frame for fix?

I have been having the same problems. It seem to happen basiclly in the evening. I can do all the listing except editing pictures. Save it and the next mourning editting works fine. What happens is it takes a long time ( a couple of minutes and I am on DSL) to try to load picture then when it seems as though it does there's nothing but grey screen where picture should be. I have tryed today off and on from about 4-8:30 CT and still not working.
