We did a support ticket & Auctiva told us that the account holder marked ours (at least 20) for deletion.

I wrote them back & told them they were wrong and to look at their community boards to see how many others are having the same problems.

I also contacted Ebay about the problem before I contacted Auctiva & they told us that Auctiva has deleted them. The problem is if you don't have the images saved on your computer, you have to start all over. Some people have up to 100 items with this.
I have had this problem numerous times before and this is what I do. I list directly on eBay site and use their FREE 1 photo that I upload from my own picture file on my own computer. Then I go to Auctiva.com, click active listings, click on a listing I want to add extra photos to and click on add photos option in upper bar. Then I upload photos to my Auctiva photo file and add from there to the listing. This way, if Auctiva is down, I have at least one photo in the listing (from ebay)
