It would appear as if someone has nicked our stock 
Hi Community,
Due to our partial data migration that took place last night, which is an essential step in our rapid growth, we are aware that many users have missing data in their Auctiva accounts, such as active or closed listings. If you are experiencing this issue, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our helpp page:

In the mean time, if you would like to change the text that is displayed in your store window when empty, please go to Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Store Window, edit the "Empty Window Text" field, and save your changes. Once this field is revised, the new text will be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
