I am getting exactly the same. If I try to view my listings on e-bay the window pops up and I have to keep cancelling to finally view listing. I have no photos and considering I have not be able to see them since I went on E-bay last night at around 6pm this is really bad. I can see my scroll listings. I hope this is going to be resolved otherwise there will definately be a very unsatisfied customer here who will possibly be looking at some form of compensation. Other large companies have to pay compensation if they cannot repair within a set time, so I assume Auctiva is the same.

Same here - realised no sales for past 15 hours which is extremely unusual for me.
No images appearing on any auctions - I have over 2,700 of them - would take ages to stop them and re-list manually, not to mention the cost.

Yes, why is this happening all the time....also, where are the photos....seems to take 6 hours to show that an item is for sale and then no pictures......may have to go back to eBay.....Is there any feedback from AUCTIVA about problems???????

Snap, same problem here.

I receive a log-in prompt each time I try to open an Ebay (or Auctivia) page containing ANY of my image that Auctivia host for me. Even tried filling in the prompt with my user name and password but it will not accept either.

The problem occurs in both Internet Explorer and Firefox, so no help there!!

I've just checked item 150082357143 for the OP and I can see it and my Hubby has logged on to his computer and can see all my images too, so it appears that each Auctivia user is being asked for their own login to view their own images!!!!

I've logged it as support request, so I'll wait and see what happens next......

Excatly the same problem here...all my images gone in both ebay and auctiva and being prompted for password everytime....I've also sent a support request and am waiting to hear

I Must admit I thought it was a bit strange that I had over 100 listings end over night and not one sale!!!......I will be looking to Auctiva to reimburse me for the failed listings....I reckon thats cost me at least 10 to 20 sales

its now been fixed apparently...but you will need to go into internet options and clear your cookies and cache....then try viewing again it should work mine does
