Attention Auctiva Inventory Users Who Are Auto Relisting Items Using Auctiva

Hello Community,

This afternoon eBay posted this announcement suggesting that sellers opting in to their Unpaid Item Assistant can automatically relist items when a case is closed without payment.

Auctiva also offers auto-relist functionality. We would advise caution in turning on the eBay function if you are using Auctiva to automatically re-list and using Auctiva Inventory.

Please be aware that if you are using Auctiva Inventory and using Auctiva to auto-relist your inventory items, we recommend that you NOT enable the eBay UPI auto-relist function, Our auto-relist system does not currently have a way to detect that eBay is also re-listing your item. Using both the eBay function and Auctiva's auto relist with Auctiva Inventory could possibly result in the relist of the item being duplicated.
