I often use a saved auction and edit it with a new image for a new auction. To my horror I have discovered that the origional image stays in the auction. Now the thumbnail image and the image that ebay places at the bottom of the auction is the new one. But, the original image that is inserted into the body of the auction by Auctiva IS NOT updated.

This has caused me some real grief, and it can't be removed.

It would be nice to have ALL the images updated when we relist.

While I've never experienced this problem, there are two things you can do:
1) Go to revise listing in eBay, and search the HTML text for the image links. Erase the offending image (note: images in the HTML will be in the order they appear in the listing)
2)Easy fix: create profiles (in Auctiva) with the same text you normally use, but don't insert any pics other than universal ones. This way, you can select that profile, add images, change prices(or not) and go!

Good luck
