Auction Title doesn't change using [title]

Need help with my template, New at all this but am stuck.

Designer has a right click block on my template so I cant send it to the practice board.

Issue #1
I use the [title] link but when I add a new title name it does not change when I preview the listing? What shows in the title is the name of the template

Issue #2
With my own personal template do I have a scrolling store available for my auctions? How do I set it up?

I appreciate any help I can get.
