Auction Title - Number of characters allowed - Marketplace Allowances

What's the title of the auction in question? If you don't want to post it to the community boards, please create a support case here describing this problem (actually probably best to do this no matter what):

Thanks for your feedback Kevin. But somehow with the same title the auction DID get posted on eBay.

Okay, these might be possible reasons:-
1) I was trying to use Marketing > Gift Icons BUT these are not available for eBay.co.uk.
2) The imported listing was created on eBay direct without any templates AND HERE I was trying to use an Auctiva template with an imported HTML listing.

In the circumstances, I can't see a reason now for support. If the problem occurs again then I'II keep your suggestion in mind.
