Auctions closed or closing

How come the store window shows auctions that closed recently and doesn't show images of auctions that are closing soon

HI Al,

If your store window shows listings that are closed, they should be replaced with active listings the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

Concerning the issue of images not showing for auctions that are closing soon, I recommend you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page.

I will wait til tonight and see if the same closed auctions are still listed and if so I will contact support
