Auctiva Active Listings Page

I have a couple of problems...I reslisted 3 items early this morning and they are on ebay but don't show up in my active listings and are not showing up in my store.

Also on my active listings it shows a bid on one item but on ebay there is no bid yet.

Hi! Again,

I think my active listings page might not be working properly. I have an auction that is still showing the same bid amount it had about 15 hours ago and the bid amount has gone up since then. I don't know if you can fix it or not but I just thought I would let you know.

I ran a listing maintenance on your account, which should bump you up on the priority update list.

When you list items directly through eBay, it typically takes 4-6 hours for them to be imported into Auctiva, which could explain why your relists haven't shown up yet.

I also ran a listing maintenance on your account to update the information on your active listing page.

I've had the same problem too. I just signed up with Auctiva and my Vermont teddy bear listing in the photo scroll box shows the original auction price not the latest bid as seen on eBay. My listing ends tomorrow. Will this cause a conflict when the auction is done?

why does it take so long. Will this be addressed in the future.
