Auctiva Advertisements on my listings ?

I am a new Auctiva user, and I absolutly love it, it makes life sooo much easier for me. And I don't mind if there are advertisements on my listings for using this Awesome Free service, but what I can't figure out is why my listings have 4 Auctiva AD's on my listing, but other people only have 1 Auctiva AD... what gives?

I learned about Auctiva from one of these AD's (this one to be specific: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=007&item=170005538940)
Notice only 1 AD at the bottom.

Here is what one of my Listings look like:

Notice there is 4 AD's:
1 - top (under store scroll bar)
3 - Bottom (Left / Right / Lower Center)

Chris, your auction is a standard Auctiva listing.

That other auction... I've never seen an Auctiva listing that looks like that.

Auctiva does have 2 types of listing services - the free one (which you are using) and a paid service. I wonder if that one-ad listing was from the paid listing service? I noticed that it said "free trial" which wouldn't make a lot of sense if that seller was using the same Auctiva service as you and I, because our service is free.

I'm rambling... do you follow?

After searching the forums I found this thread:

I figured out how to adjust the Auctiva AD's... you have to manually "revise" your listings thru eBay.

I left the 1 AD on the bottom center.

Is this OK to do ?
Is there anyway to do this prior to listing on eBay (i.e. saved and schedualled listings) ?

In the Auctiva message board main page, if you scroll down to the bottom you will see a section called Classic Auctiva Software and you can probably get some information there.

It appears that the first listing used their own custom template as it doesn't match any of the free templates provided. If you were to use a custom template, then the Auctiva ad would propably show up only once. I hope this helps. Jasmine
