Auctiva and ebay wont allow a listing!!!

Please help!
I am trying to list Tommy Hilfiger which is what they are just like a Pumpkin Patch or Gap and its come back saying that its against ebay policy???

Why and how? Any suggestions?

ebay is really cracking down on counterfeits, and designer anything in the Title or description seems to trigger the policy problem.

Any chance you are listing for less than 5 or 7 days?

There may also be some minimum feedback or rating requirements, especially if you're doing buy-it-now.

I am listing it for a 7 day listing and my feedback with ebay is 272, I have a shop and have no negative feedback.
