Auctiva automatically adds $1 reserve when I create profile from Saved Listings

Does the Item Details Profile used in creating the Master Profile have the $1 for Reserve? I repeated your results and mine did. It looks like the problem occurs in the Create Profiles process. It seems to default fill-in that field with a $1, despite the listing used to create the profile having no Reserve (as you stated).

This one needed a Support Case to alert Auctiva and I've done one, Case #8862.

You can fix the problem by editing the problem Item Details Profile that's part of that Master Profile and blank the $1.

I was also able to duplicate the problem by creating only the Item Details Profile from a Saved Listing.

I treated it as my morning coffee QA challenge and walked the process with my own account.

Since a Reserve Price actually causes a non-Refundable Fee at eBay, I decided the quicker Auctiva knows, the better for all. That's why I expedited with my own Support Case.

Got a response on the open Case.

Tech Support was able to replicate and confirm the problem as well. They've passed it to engineering for investigation.
