Is anybody else having trouble with Auctiva not finding photos that have been uploaded to the folders? This has been going on for 2 days. I opened a support ticket this morning, &now the ticket doesn't show either!
Hi I'm having the same problem. The image search function is working skittery off and on this afternoon. I searched for a particular image found it, then couldn't find it when I tried again. If I hadn't seen it once I would have thought I hadn't uploaded it. Also, the captions are not working!! I made captions for several photos. I got a confirm message saying the captions were added successfully, but they are not showing. Somenoe help us please!
Paulette- This is the response that I received back from support along with my response to them today. The agent clearly didn't know that you can insert Auctiva hosted images into the Seller details profile pages. We had had the same logo in the same position for over a year, them i tweaked the logo & had to re-insert it.

I created a listing "Auctiva Test Listing" and was able to included the include the images within the "" section of the listing without facing the problem as reported by you. Also, images can't be loaded to "Seller Details Profile". I suspect that you may also be trying to include the images within the description of the listing. I was able to include the image within the description of the listing "Auctiva Test Listing" without any problem. So, I suspect that the problem could be related to your browser. I suggest that you clear the browser cache. To clear the cache please click on the 'Firefox' menu button at the top left of the browser and then mouse over the 'History' menu on the right side of the resulting pop up menu. Click on "Clear recent History..." and ensure the boxes next to "cache" and "cookies" are checked, and then click the "Clear Now" button.
Also, please ensure that only one browser window is open when you are doing this or your cache may not empty properly.

Customer Posted Tuesday, 12/27/2011 2:04 PM This resolved itself. It finally allowed me to upload the required logo to the ABOUT US tab of the seller details ( seller details for AUTOGRAPHS). There is a button on the far Right hand side next to the change color buttons that allow the seller to upload an "Auctiva hosted image". I finally got it to work after several hours of trying. We have had our logo (autism 1st is this location for a long time.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
