We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties which are causing the Auctiva.com website to be inaccessible. Our technical team is already working to address the issue and we will have things up and running normally again as soon as possible.

I will keep you posted on this issue through this thread as additional information becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this may be causing.

Hi Community,

We have more information we wanted to share with you regarding our current site outage that is affecting Auctiva and Auctiva Commerce.

Our hosting provider experienced a major power outage this morning that caused failures to all their customers.

Although power has been restored some of our networking equipment is still not responding. We are working with our provider and also have technicians en route to assist in identifying the condition of the networking equipment.

We are hoping to know more about their progress in the next hour and will update you when more information is available.

This issue was beyond our control, but we know that it is deeply affecting our customers. We are sorry, once again, for the inconvenience this is causing.

We are continuing to work with our hosting provider to resolve the remaining issues with our networking equipment but, unfortunately, it is still unclear exactly when we will be able to have our site and services restored at this point in time.

We will, however, continue to keep you posted on the situation through this thread as additional information becomes available. Thank you very much for your continued patience as we work to resolve this difficult situation.

Hi Community,

We have since been able to restore access to Auctiva Commerce and, although the Auctiva.com site is still unavailable at this time, we have made significant progress. Our team is on site at the hosting provider location now and they are working to fix the remaining issues as quickly as possible.

We're working hard to get everyone back up and running soon and we will continue to keep you posted as additional information becomes available!
