We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties which are causing the Auctiva.com website to be unavailable for some users. Our technical team is working to restore access to the site and we will have things up and running again as soon as possible.

We are aware that the Auctiva.com website is still generally inaccessible, and remain focused on restoring our site and services as soon as possible.

Although I do not have additional specifics to share at this point, I will continue to post updates on this situation as we make further progress.

Thank you for your continued patience as we continue to deal with this matter. I hope to have some good news to share soon!

Hi Community,

I am pleased to report that the Auctiva site and services are operating normally once again, but we are continuing to monitor the situation closely in case any similar issues arise.

If you scheduled any listings to post during this time and they have not shown up on eBay yet, you should be able to confirm their status by checking your Scheduled Listings page. Any such listings which have failed to post will need to be rescheduled.
