Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter. While we do our best to keep our service running as smoothly as possible, we understand that technical problems will occur from time to time and we state upfront in our Terms of Service that all of our customers must agree to upon signing up that we cannot guarantee error free service and that our service is offered on an "as is" basis.
I realize I can’t tell you what you are looking to hear, but the good news is that the problem has been resolved and I have no reason to believe you will encounter any similar issues with the listings you post or schedule moving forward.
Also you can schedule your failed listings in bulk from the Scheduled listings page by selecting your listings and then clicking the blue “Edit Post Time” button.
