Hi, Everybody!

I just posted a similar note on the news thread. But I am going to add it here too, as I would love to know if anyone has noticed the same thing. Here it goes:

Jeff,

It is now Sunday at 4:18PM in the East Coast and I am getting lots of error messages, plus the site is slowing down terribly. Needless to say I keep losing listings. Before we increase the number of items on the Gallery maybe it's best to smooth out the wrinkles as it seems to me there are still plenty Frown

On Friday I had 2 similar products with very different price points. I used the "list similar" and created the lowest price one first. Than made the necessary changes (I am absolutely positive about that as I had to weight the stones). Launched both from the create an item page. After launching, only the price was different, the description and title on both items was the same. Since there was a buy it now on the lowest priced one it sold, as it had the descritption of the highest priced item on it. In other words, the expensive item was sold at the price of the cheapest one. Lost at least $25.00 on that. Luckily I notice the mix up and changed the other listing to its accurate description.

In listing today, I noticed that some of the changes in the Profiles I made 2 weeks ago did not save. All my profiles reverted to their original wording from 2 months ago, when I used the Auctiva check out. That is what I could see. I don't know if the Sellathon counter code is updated or not. Haven't checked yet.

Please have someone look at these details as they are easy for a Seller to miss and can end up creating a lot of confusion and loss of revenue.

Thank you in advance,

Jeff, Is this showcase issue a problem that can be corrected? I have 344 store listings, most of them "good until canceled?. It would not be financially feasable for me to end and relist my items so they can be marketed to customers through the Auctiva showcase. I'm sure you know what it does to propective customers whom you have coaxed to visit your store to find that it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't - in fact, most of the photos are not available at all. If they click on the "click here to browse all my Ebay items" they are taken to the Auctiva Store where pictures for those items listed prior to the server change show "no picture available". The presentaion of your listings lets cusomters know whether you are serious or not. That's why I chose Auctiva. I plan to stay in business. I'm clearly not an IT person, but I am your customer, and respectfully request that we all be advised as to when and how this issue can be resolved. I would gladly assist you in any way I can.
Thanks again for the update. Please advise.
One of your serious business customers.
