Anyone else seeing this happen?
I want to keep using Auctiva, but this makes it impossible for me to do anything.
Any help would be really appreciated
Hopefully you have already solved this problem by now, but thought I would post a reply anyway just in case. I looked at one of the listings that had the eBay API error message about money orders, and saw this in your Payment Terms section of your description: "I prefer Paypal, but I will accept a money order or cashier's check."
After you have edited the Seller Details profile you used in that listing to remove the references to checks and money orders, it should post just fine.
To edit the Seller Details, go to the Profiles tab and click on the "Manage Seller Details" link. Then hit the "Edit" button next to the profile you need to correct. You can then edit the Payment, Shipping, About Us, Contact Us or Terms of Sale sections of the profile and hit Save (very important!) The changes you made will be reflected in the saved listing--you can always change something in the Seller Details profile, then preview the listing, then change something else--it's quite easy to to once you have played around with it a few times.
I hope that information is helpful.
Good luck!
