auctiva for dummies?

well not quite, but i have been settit up for days.
i have been with vendio (auctionwatch) for years. they have turned into money grubbing, holier than though, we can do no wrong idiots. as much as it scares me to leave them, i am determined to do so, and have started the process. i have actually listed (relisted) directly from auctiva quite a few today, but my question is, when i first signed up it imported my existing listing, but they are not all there, and i don't know how to refresh it.

i still have to keep track of store products with long time on them and when they get within a week of closing, will close them myself and relist from auctiva. its a job.
but i am so upset with vendio and auctivo seems pretty easy, nice templates, easy html, profiles, etc.

just want to import on a daily basis a refresh of items. what am i doing wrong

On the listing tab click the closed listing link, then select the ones you'd like to import and click the import button.

When you sign up we only import a handful of your listings, not all of them.
