Auctiva freezes while trying to "save as new"

Hey everyone....I have been using Auctiva and IE7 for months now and all of a sudden when I am trying to save a new listing, it freezes up and I have to go out and come back in and do the listing over again which takes double time, of course.....its not the photos because they upload very quickly and everything else seems to be working fine....ANY SUGGESTIONS??? thanks

Hi Bev and David.
I just tried mine on FF and it's working fine. Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? If it continues to freeze, you might want to ask support to help. Someone else may be along with other suggestions too.
