Auctiva gallery in listings

I'm a long time Vendio user and thinking about moving on to another listing manager. I had heard a lot about Auctiva, so I signed up yesterday to check this out. I selected NOT to have the Auctiva gallery inserted into my active listings.

So, I wake up this morning, check my listings and I have Auctiva galleries in all of them. I have not created a new listing in Auctiva, so these have been put in ALL my current listings.

Short of ending everything and relisting...how do I get the Auctiva galleries out of my listings?

Well, I just found out from support that, although I selected "NO" to putting the gallery in my listings, the ONLY way to take them out is to edit EACH listing manually!!

I have revoked the token to eBay and closed the Auctiva account.

New users should really be made aware that the galleries will be put in their listings whether they want them or not.

Oh ye of little faith, they are very useful even to the point of eliminating the need for eBay gallery pictures from cheaper item listings.

Saves me 15p (UK) per listing and seems to have improved page hits.

I really do not why you should react in such a counterproductive way, afterall the listings only run a short time and it is always best to try a new feature with a couple of sample listings.

What you probably did was create and post your listings before your account was fully set up across Auctiva.
