Auctiva has a delay synchronization with ebay's listings

i found out that Auctiva has a delay synchronization with ebay's listings.

For example, i list an item for sale. Let say i got 1 bid and 3 watchers within the 24 hours, Auctiva will not show up until 24 hours after.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? I did not find any synchronization with ebay in Auctiva's my account setting.

I've noticed the delay or malfunction of the site also. I got a bid on an item in e-bay 2 days ago and it still doesn't show as having a bid on the auctiva site. I was hoping to be able to use auctiva to get info quickly instead of logging into e-bay everytime. I'm new and I'm wondering if it's just a glitch or has it always not worked right?
