I've just begun using Auctiva this week in earnest. Thought I had the hang of it after successfully listing 2 items. However, on the 3rd item I'm attempting to list, it seems like every time after I upload photos it locks up Auctiva/IE XP SP2. I've tried a few different things after uploading photos: 1) clicking to select a template; new window popped up but no info ever appeared, and eventually it said "not responding," and when I do CTL ALT DEL and tell it to end program it also exits IE. 2) Saving the listing; the button appears stuck in "pushed" position, and it never responds, and again CTL ATL DEL exits IE.

If I have no photos loaded, I can freely add things and save the listing.

Am I doing something wrong (since I'm an Auctiva newbie) or does it just not like me?

Anyone know what the problem could be, or having a similar problem?

Hi Community,

Auctiva support both Internet Explorer 6.0 and Mozilla Firefox, so, if anyone is having difficxulties using either of these browsers, I suggest you file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:

It is likely that your browser settings need to be adjusted and/or your cache needs to be cleared to resolve these issues.

BK,

I downloaded it at the insistance of another Auctiva user. I love it! It's VERY similar to FF and I find myself using it more than I thought I would.

Suthrnjewl<----loves her FF browser but is using the IE 7 too

BK, email me
