Auctiva Invoicing

I've been reading the community forums and posts, and have still been unable to find an answer to a simple question.

Does Auctiva automatically send an invoice to the winning bidder of an auction if it was listed using Auctiva or imported through Ebay?

Jessica,

No, Auctiva does not automatically send invoices to your customers regardless of how the listing was posted.

The only notification sent by Auctiva is a checkout confirmation which is sent when a customer completes the checkout process.

Hi, I am also new to Auctiva and so far very impressed.

If invoices aren't automatically sent then is there a way to manually or automatically send a winning auction confirmation email?

Hi Stone,

There's no way to send invoices through Auctiva but I believe you can still send invoices through My Ebay.

Auctiva will be adding an invoicing feature with the release of our phase II, which is scheduled for May 2006.

Is there any information posted on what Phase II will be about? I'm rather curious as there have been several "coming soon" features lingering around for some months now...

Thanks Mike, but I was more concerned about a winning auction confirmation email automatically sent via Auctiva.

I have PayPal set to auto send an invoice but like the personal touch of an auto send email, if that's personal !

Ebay sends the winning bidder confirmation to auction winners=) One of these is not sent by Auctiva.
