Do NOT sign up with Auctiva. I had to cancel my eBay store and because of that I did not feel like I should be paying Auctiva for a service that I don't need right now. I received a notice stating that my account was now on the FREE plan with no services. Well, they charged my for March when I canceled in Feb. I tried to contact customer support but have not received any response. I had to file a charge back claim with my credit card company. I should not have to go through this. Auctiva is a dishonest company. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

I don't see a support case with your username or email.

You're on the free plan now but the invoices were sent on March 1st. You'll need to file a support case on our help page.

What is your support case #? You get it at the end of filing a support case, or you can see it if you log into your account on the help page by going here: http://www.auctiva.com/help/ListofUserCases.aspx

Which I did and there was no case filed.
