Once again, I cannot understand why there is no update to acknowledge the issue and that it is being addressed. I don't want to hear about it after it is fixed...I want to hear that it is being addressed.
Yea... just like they said if we continue to experience problems to contact customer support still ignoring the fact that we can't access customer support when the site is down.
Doesn't matter how many times we ask them to not give us information after the fact, when it is absolutely useless. It is ignored just as they still also ignore the fact we can't access customer support when the site is down. And this time it is Auctiva IT (Technical support) that is saying we should contact them.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
