Auctiva listed something twice, how to remove one? | Auctiva

Last night I posted an auction and this morning I see it was listed twice. Do I have to remove it the normal way? This is not my fault and I don't want to pay the fee twice.

If nothing else, you could revise one of them and make it for a new item (if you've got more to sell).

I just deleted it through EBay. I didn't have 2 of the item. I posted several things last night and I suppose it could have been my mistake, although I did only get one confirmation notice. Since Auctiva is free, I am not going to complain, it is wonderful 99% of the time.

Ebay will refund your listing fees if you give them the item # which will still be on your sellers invoice.
