Auctiva Listing Window Freezes when creating similar item. Please Help

When I go to saved listings and create a similar item. The first item is created without any problem. However when I go to create another similar item and save or Post. The entire window freezes. Then fails. If I use the same Internet Explorer window to try to connect to the home page Auctiva.com is doesn't work and any page i have open before this window can not reach auctiva.com. If I open a new Internet window it works. then I go throught the same process all over again. Its the same situation on several machines and different Internet connections

Your best bet is probably to file a support request (bottom of the Help page) and give them all that info.

I've had similar problems but I can usually get around it by refreshing the page (so it's probably not really the same problem).
