Hello,

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I did a fair amount of searching and couldn't find the answer. I've created a template and everything on auctiva, configured auctiva photographs to show up inside the listing at the correct sizes, etc, etc. I'm fairly happy with the way my listings look now...in auctiva. However, after an image is uploaded, it appears that auctiva throws in a logo: and below that it says:
Auctiva.
THE simple solution for eBay sellers.

In addition to that, I have a "Get images that make supersized seem small" line also under my listing. I've checked my HTML and it must be being added by Auctiva during the upload process.

My question is this: is there a setting to turn this off? I understand the need for advertisement, but not with paying, subscribing customers... I keep thinking I'm going to hear that I have to upgrade my account to get rid of these. I personally don't like when a company uses the "annoyance" tactic to squeeze more money out of someone, but I might be wrong. I hope it's just a setting somewhere and someone could point me in the right direction to fix this. IMHO, it's a little distracting...I don't want people looking at my listing, thinking "Wow, this listing looks great.....Wonder how they made i - oh Auctiva....Hmmmm, what's auctiva" then they click the link and they're taken away from the item.

Hi Cristopher,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. We actually do not currently provide a setting that you can disable to prevent these ads from being added to your Auctiva created listings nor do we offer a more expensive ad free plan available that you could sign up for that would accomplish this.

At this time, the only way to make it so these ads do not show up in your listings would be to remove them through the eBay “Revise your Item” form after they have been posted as you noted in your follow up message to your original post.

That being said, I can certainly understand your reasoning behind wanting to remove these ads from your listings and we will treat your comments in this regard as a suggestion for future consideration. I regret that I cannot offer you a solution, but we appreciate the feedback nonetheless.
