i'm just curious (not complaining) if you always do your maintenance on Thursday nights? if not, is there any place where you announce when maintenance is going to take place?

Yes, maintance is done every thursday at 11pm pacific time, give or take 30 mins.

Sometimes in the past when one of the servers went down you would get a notice saying there was maintenance taking place so if you ever get one of these in the future other than Thursday night then you will know there is something wrong.
When that happens just come to the Community boards as you will see lots of angry users asking and putting their 2¢ in about it.
Now that there are new servers at a new location we are hoping that won't happen as much especially around the holidays

About an hour before maintenance, we post this alert on the top of the page:
If you click on it (during the alert), you will get details about when the site will be coming down for maintenance.

i love the new templates. i am in the long process of moving all of my auctions from another much less reliable service and soon i will be using you guys exclusively.
does anybody know an easy way to remove the SD gallery from about a 1000 currently running auctions and store items?

I also switched from SD to Auctiva after being with them for about 5 yrs. But when these servers went down pre-CHRISTMAS and then again when the big move came about I went back.
I mainly use them for a back-up now but with InkFrog buying them out and probably raising the monthly fee I will have to consider not having a back up plan
Just got to hope Auctiva stays on course with no major breakdowns
