Service has been unavailable for seven hours now - nothing on here to apologise or advise of course - does the management not realise we are paying for a service here - if your shop is opening late you put a notice on the door - if you say 'five hours' - and you are going to be hours longer than that - then at least post something to advise your PAYING CUSTOMERS - what the f*** is happening so we are not sat here with no idea if it is going to be 10 minutes or ten hours
