AUCTIVA new listings & no shipping or tax

why are my new listings loosing the tax and shipping charges... when i do a revise,, the info is there already... THIS IS TO MUCH WORK,, i am considering finding another place to list,, what i have noticed is that i take my time listing to find no shipping when it uploads to ebay... when i revise, the info is stored there.. the only think i see that is not store is my TAX INFO.. so if the tax is not there the shipping charges dont show... PLEASE FIX THIS... IT IS TO MUCH WORK TO KEEP REVISING.. I HAVE OVER 400 ITEMS, AND NOW MORE THAN 200 DO NOT HAVE CHARGES..

shipping and tax functions work perfectly in Auctiva. You need to read the tutorials some more. You need to setup your profiles for shipping and tax.

Auctiva has no problems or bugs regarding shipping and tax, there's nothing to fix on their end.
