First time user of Auctiva and its very slow and not working very well imo. I decided to create a new listing then I went to the "Enter Category #" and did a browse and the pop up window was NOT listing all categories. At that point I went to "Search" and again I could not find any of the Ebay Motors categories. I then using ebay found the category number and input into the text field and Auctiva software said category error.
What gives? In the demo of the application all the correct categories are showing up (the flash demo) but not in the real application? Tested on both firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 7.
