Auctiva not loading?

Internet Exlorer is staying blank and saying it cant load website? All other sites are working? Glad I bookmarked message board. Am growing very weary lately on all these troubles this past week!

You are not alone. Had trouble since Monday. This morning I could not get on the site either. Very frustrating!

been having problems all since last night and all day today been trying since this morning to list and not even listed one item yet same as you can not even save so time consuming.

Me either ... I'm about to have a stroke. It's been funky all week. Unfortunately I am a paid employee of a company and am supposed to list things on eBay for them. I chose Auctiva because it is cool and easy, but my production is WAY down. I hate to start using another software system when this one has all of my presets, etc. I cannot even access the "help" link above to file a support ticket!

I hope this gets fixed soon.

I'm really surprised support hasn't responded to this thread. This is a pretty long time for a problem like this to last!

The problem you are reporting is unrelated to the previous posts in this thread. Notice that the last response to this thread before yours was posted at 9:36 AM.

Our engineering department is in the process of addressing an image uploading problem that began about 10 minutes ago, and this issue should be resolved in the next few minutes.
