not working for me either - msg: no data received - error 324 - hope it's not affecting the ebay listings
I am in australia, same problem, looks like I won't be starting new auctions tonight Josephine !
This is the only link off AVG search that fired up, all the rest just say link was reset
my ebay auction listings finishing in 2 hours appear all correct with pictures hosted here, so here's hoping it all comes back soon

I am not on facebook, but the overview search I see of Auctiva facebook shows plenty of notes over the last hour look similar to our postings here, looks like no one, nowhere, is able to acccess or contact the helpline, and I am guessing the nightshift is still in Snoozeland over in the States at this point
just came back on again, back to my frantic listing....
