Auctiva online marketplace. I have listed this before..no comments!

I hope every one gives their opinion on this topic and since I am new to Auctiva I am sure this has been discussed before, but I would love to see Auctiva start its own online auction site. I love ebay but the fees are getting crazy. I however love Auctiva more for setting up auctions, their store windows, their free image hosting, and their very easy to use interface. I LOVE AUCTIVA! I would support every move Auctiva would make to become its own auction site. AUCTIVA IS ALREADY RUNNING EBAY WITH THEIR AWESOME WEB SITE, WHY NOT TAKE IT OVER WITH CHEAPER PRICES!

I don't know about auctions, but they are planning an e-commerce system here that's got nothing to do with eBay.

Rick, do you know any details about the planned e-commerce system? I know you're not connected to Auctiva so I won't hold you to anything

Well, it's just messageboard scuttlebutt, really -- but staff have said that they have plans for an e-commerce set-up that I gather will be here at the Auctiva site as part of their features package. My impression is that it'll be non-eBay, non-auction storefront/shopping carts. Should be pretty cool once it's up and running. It'll make the Auctiva stores a little more relevant too.

It's in the message boards somewhere but it's just been mentioned a couple of times in passing..
