Auctiva or Ebay Issue?????

I just opened an Auctiva store front. Actually, I only wanted to use auctiva for the scrolling gallery and templates but went for the store.

When I checked my Ebay store - all my listings were gone. They are in my Auctiva store and in my Ebay Store Manager and My Ebay selling - but when I go to my Ebay store - there is nothing there.

Any ideas if this is a Auctiva or Ebay issue and what can I do.

I was thinking of deleting the Auctiva store but afraid that they won't show back up in the eBay store?

Hi would I be correct in saying you had listings live on ebay then joined Auctiva and now all your listings have disappeared when viewed in ebay->active listings and from searches ?

If so this normal when joining and is plastered all over these boards, all will return soon.

If not please be a little more specific
