Hello All!

I am new to Auctiva posting and have a question about adding photos to an already active and running auction. It looks quite simple but it is not working. When I go to the my Active auction list it allows you to pick the item that I would like to revise or add images. I am trying to add one image so one would think to click on add images, browse your computer for the correct photo and upload, right. All works well and it says it uploaded but when viewing, the new photo is not on ebay. Any thoughts. Regards!

Don't take this the wrong way, but did you scroll ALL the way down to the bottom of your auction? For me, a line's added that says "On Such-n-such date at such-n-such time, seller added the following:" then a line, then the photos will be under that.

Works every time for me, so I'm surprised to hear you're having trouble!
Mike23,

That process should work, but if it isn't working for you, you may also add an image to an active listing, or revise anything else within the auctiva template, via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, and save.
2)Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get html” button.
3) Copy the html in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own html" tab.
6) Paste the copied html in place of what's there and save your changes.

I hope this helps=)

Mike, let me tell you,....
I got live tech-help from e-bay trying to add some photos. They couldn't help. I filed a question with you guys, got a response, and I still couldn't do it.
EVERYONE WITH AOL, LISTEN UP
It turned out to be so easy.
I went to AOL 'Settings' and went to
'Pop-up Control Settings'
and said allow them from www.auctiva.com
Voila! I could copy the html in the popup box!
No one told me this, it was a day and a half of frusterating trial and error. I wish I knew how to start a new thread, or somehow let everyone see this! Okay, happy e-baying everyone! And happy auctiving (sp?) :> Eric
